I love that I was able to find a generic heartgard! Living in the south we are always covered with mosquito's, so keeping my dogs protected is a year round event. And I don't go broke now doing so. They love the flavor and I love keeping them happy and healthy.

I like that I can save money with a dependable generic brand. My dogs are tested for heart worm every 2 years and they always have a negative heartworm test. I have been using Pet Shed for 10 plus years, they have always provided exactly the product described and for a fraction of the cost of what my veterinarian charges.

Nuheart is a whole lot cheaper than the Vet brands offered. I have been using this product six months a year, May - October for several years. Just had a heart worm test done prior to a surgical procedure at the Vet and it was negative. So they insisted it be done and got me this time. I normally don't do the test, knowing I heart worm every year. I feel it's just more $$ in the Vet's pocket. I actually ordered double this year so I won't have to order for next year, unless I get another animal. Great product, comes from Australia.

Much more affordable then getting them at the vets office. They work perfectly and have for over a year now. Would recommend anytime.

Okay, I have a large blonde labrador retriever mix..who had heartworms when I got him in 2003. He is 12 now..and my primary caregiver. I have lived along now with him all the time..and I started using generic heartgard to save money. I got much more...on call customer service from Austrailia is always available and I always get a very sincere customer oriented associate at the other end of the phone when I order generic heartgard. You see, I have been living on Social Security Disability for eleven years now..and my pet is my primary caregiver and therapy dog. In addition I am now a cancer survivor one year and a half. ! I couldn't have made it without my beautiful Buddy and keeping him healthy with Nuheart!!
