Love the Nuheart - frustrated with the site. Went to checkout and filled in information - clicked on coupon and lost everything I had typed in. Then couldn't use the coupon when I re-entered the information. Not a big issue. Usually great.

I ordered a 12 month supply of Heartgard from Pet Shed and waited about 2 weeks before calling to see why I hadn't received it yet. The woman with whom I spoke told me that it wasn't quite at the outer limits of the time my order might have taken to arrive. Today, almost a month after I placed the order, it still hadn't arrived so I called again. At no point in our conversation did the woman (a different one from the first time) apologize for the inconvenience of my having to call twice or, worse yet, the fact that I still didn't have the Heartgard. She had no alternative to offer me than 7-10 business days to send it out again. This is pretty sad and frustrating. I'm now just hoping that it arrives before it's too much past the time when my dog is supposed to have her monthly dose. I think Pet Shed's customer service can use a lot of improving.

I have been in animal rescue for many years, lately since the prices been going up on everything, more and more people abandon their animals. All top quality at reasonable prices. Hard to believe they are in New Zealand. All packaging is secure and shipping timely. They are USA-friendly and extremely reliable. Revolution is my main purchase, but also de-wormers, topical flea treatments, and most items that I've purchased are usually generic and have had the best positive results with all products.
