I had trouble ordering on line with my credit card and the instant coupon for signing up for the newsletter wasn't showing up. I was getting very frustrated but then decided to phone the customer service number and the staff was very helpful. She said because Pet Shed was in Australia, my US bank card was probably restricting the transaction and to call the bank. She also said to call back and she'd made the adjustment to reflect the coupon when my order went through. All worked out well!

PetShed has the best prices around, and has for years. You do have little bugs in your system, though...when the address auto-completes, if the zip begins with a "0", it leaves it off, leaving a 4-digit zip. Also, when entering a coupon code, it is tedious to have to uncheck in order to recheck the coupon box, and the error messages are vague, especially if the coupon is on the account but doesn't apply to the order.

I have been buying off Pet Shed for several years! I can't find anyone that sells it as cheap as Pet Shed! I never have had 1 fles in my house! I love Pet Shed! I tell everyone that I has a pet to go to Petshed. com They are the Best!
