Each month my pets come obediently to get their monthly dose of flea and tick medication but right after they get really excited. They know that I will follow up with the chewables from Heartguard Plus. They truly believe they are getting a treat, not medication! We love Heartguard because 1) it is super easy for the pets to chew and swallow (not like a pill, which they would spit out); 2) my dogs think of it as a treat and "sit" for it; 3) I have been using it for years with great results; 4) the price is right; 5) I feel confident that my pets are being guarded agains heart worm and other dangers. I buy my heartworm medication through Pet Shed. Why? Because they are allot less expensive and have the same high quality as other brands/companies. You don't need a prescription for the heartworm meds so I make sure my dogs are tested yearly for heartworms. This is the only product I have purchased from Pet Shed so far, but I will definitely check Pet Shed first before buying ANY products online.
