I have ordered from petshed , and had communication with them. It has always been a very good experience.

16 days and still no order. Pet Shed says they have no way of tracking order due to not meeting the threshold of a 500$ minimum. Was asked in an email response (due to not answering phone) to wait additional time to see if product shows up. So far not happy and cant believe they do not track or know how my item was sent. They say they will reship after a waiting period. Shall see and rewrite review if I do indeed receive. A lot of good reviews. So far scary on my end.

The program driving the ordering on line needs updating. The first try was frustrating and I quit. Came back and finished the order on line. I will hold back on customer service review till my product arrives.

I have shopped with Pet Shed for several years. I have always received great service. Communication from hem regarding my order is prompt, shipping occurs fast, and the products are priced great. OI recommend Pet Shed to everyone I know who owns cats and/or dogs.

Same products available at my vet, but Pet Shed is MUCH less expensive! Easy online shopping and fast delivery!

This is the first time I have used Petshef. The website was very easy to use, I've never seen generic Heartguard before . I'm thrilled at the prices.
