I've been ordering all my flea medications from Pet Shed since 2011 and have never had a problem. This year, after 2 weeks, my shipment still hadn't arrived. I sent an email. The reply email said someone would get back to me. No one did. I called and was told I had missed the deadline! I was upset since the order was for nearly $200.00!! However, the CSR acknowledged that I had emailed, but hadn't received confirmation of my shipping address. I said I wasn't informed they needed that. I confirmed the shipping address was correct. She explained shipment needed to be 3 weeks late to be considered "lost", which it is, so, she agreed to re-ship or refund. I asked for immediate re-ship. She said it would take 2 weeks and if I wind up with 2 shipments, return one or keep it at 50% discount. I got a new order number. After a shaky start, I'm satisfied with the result. Word to wise, email AND call 11th day if no delivery, confirm address in first email and first call.

Thanks to Pet Shed, I can keep my cats covered with Revolution without the hassel of having to seek the product elsewhere. Because I run my own business and live alone, this saves me a LOT of time. I really appreciate how easy placing an order is and the prompt response to my orders. My cats, who live inside and out, stay bug-free. Love it!

I have bought from Pet Shed over 10 years plus.. I lost track! They are wonderful to work with if you need any help in ordering. Their Shipping is fast too and I have Never been unhappy about Any of my purchases in the past years! I use the Revolution for Dogs which is a Great product that covers Heart Worm, Fleas and Tics.. I used this on two of my dogs and I never had a problem at all with either one of them! I use it once per month and It covers it all.. No need for any unnecessary visits to the VET as long as I do not Miss a Month. I always get the Best Price too and my Dog is protected! I share this with all my friends too. My vet can't disperse heartworm prevention to positive dogs. My dog is 15 yrs old and having the full treatment is not an option. But treating it with Ivermictin heartworm prevention has helped her to live more than 5yrs longer! Petshed allows us to buy and keep her alive.

I ordered a 1 year supply of Heartguard and Nexguard for my 42 pound dog. I did extensive research prior to ordering. Pet Shed had the cheapest price overall of both of these products. I was very pleased with the price, however, it took the full 10 business days to recieve the products. My dog was overdue by the time the product actually came. It would be beneficial if there was a way to opt for quicker shipping. Otherwise, I was very happy with my purchases

prices on nexgard is a lot cheaper than in the usa, plus you don't need a script love them alot

I was very interested in Pet Sheds when a friend told me about this company. After getting all the information on where the company location, I was a little skeptical about ordering products. As I did make my first order I doubled the order on accident and I called Pet Sheds and without even questioning me they fixed the mistake I had made with no hassle. I did receive my order faster than it was to arrive at my home. The products that they offer at the price is almost unbelievable, but I'm definitely a believer and will always use Pet Sheds for the products for my fur babies!!!
