Thank you for your prompt and courteous service. And I especially thank you for not charging an arm and a leg, like some of your competitors. I have 2 big dogs so I'm always watching my doggie budget :-)

Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the "under promise and over deliver" method of business very much. Your delivery time of 5-8 days to the USA was smashed this order. You shipped on Thursday and I received it Monday. Nice job. I'll tell my friends.

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I received my order. I have to admit, I was somewhat concerned when I realized (after I placed my order) that the shipment was coming all the way from Australia. However, your communications were excellent and the shipment was received even sooner than I expected. Thank you for your excellent service.

Just a note to let you know that I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which your company has handled my order.
