Products are good as is the price. Only issues are it takes a. Lipless of weeks to get to US east coast and there is no way to track shipment online. I also think they should include shipping charges into cost of product

I have been ordering from PetShed for years. I've never had a problem. I get the heartgard and nexgard for my dogs. This time I received my heartgard w/in a few weeks but not the Nexgard. I waited another 3 weeks before calling, hoping the rest of my order would come any day. So I called and wish I wrote down the customer service rep's name because she was very helpful. I explained that I haven't received the other 1/2,of my order. She said I certainly should of received it by now and she put in a re-order for that. I was concerned because I didn't want to get charged again and she assured me that wouldn't happen. I can say she was correct and I received the rest of my order in no time. Very pleased w PetShed!
