My order arrived very shortly, but but it wasn't exactly the product I was supposed to receive. I ordered FRONTLINE Plus, the product that was supposed to protect my cat against fleas and ticks. I received a product in a different box then you show on your site, with description that says nothing about ticks. And guess what, I also found other on-line store that sells FRONTLINE plus for cats in a box that I have received for much less price. I also checked the MERIAL site and i know now that you simply cheat people. You are using the fact that the products made for Australia have the same name as those made for the rest of the world. The only problem is that both medications have different ingredients, cheaters! M. Gdanska

I was very disappointed when I received my products. I did not receive the same items that I thought I was buying. Instead, I received phony products that are thought to be very dangerous to pet health. The picture of Frontline was the same picture I buy at the pet store, however, upon receipt of my items, the pictures were very different. Upon further inestigation of the EPA website, the items sent to me were possibly poisonous. Now, I can't get ahold of anyone from Pet Shed to get a refund or exchange. I will never come back again.
