I'd just like to say that Pet Shed has THE WORST customer service I've ever had from an online store. My order was cancelled for lack of payment, which I later proved to be untrue via Fax from my bank showing Pet Shed did get my money. I decide to proceed with my order, figuring this small technical glitch was just a bump. Well, it's been 4 days now and no one has responded as to whether my order has been/will be shipped. It's marked as ON HOLD. I just want some communication here. Four days of unresponsiveness is absolutley horrendous. I won't be shopping here ever again.

I thought it was important to let you know how I really am a satisfied customer. I ordered a 6 month supply of Frontline plus for my dog today and can't believe it has already been shipped and it's on it's way. Your prices are the lowest and customer service is WONDERFUL!! I know I won't order frontline plus or heartworm medicine from my vet anymore. I can't believe the prices they charge and because I need the supplies I bite the bullet and pay but no longer!! I know I will be a customer for many years to come. Keep up the great work! Thanks!!

I just ordered Frontline Plus for Cats and a friend wondered if it was the same as the USA version. After carefully comparing ingredients, I was happy to report that the product is the same in all essential aspects. In any case, I showed him that the "USA version" I had on hand was actually from France! Made in Australia? No problem!

Hi, I had never ordered items from another country. I was so pleased that I actually recieved this order faster than items I've ordered within the USA I tell everyone I know about this great store.

Its sad that some internet companies take 3-5 days to respond to a message. I am glad you guys are not that way. We have told our whole family (5 different families with pets) about you and they will be ordering as soon as they need some frontline. Wow fast shipping, great prices and good service!
