It just doesn't get any better! I've ordered from PetShed many times now, and have found the best prices, quick shipping and superb customer service. I'm a very pick consumer, and feel like I've found quite the gem with petshed. Hope they start carrying more products...pet beds, etc. Keep up the good work!

At this point I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company. I placed my order on January 13 and as of today, January 30, I have not yet received my order. When I contacted "customer service" (I use this term loosely) I was told that they would send out a second shipment, which would "hopefully" arrive much sooner than the last one. Since I have NOT received the last order all I can say is yes I hope indeed it arrives sooner than the last. When I informed "customer service" that my pets are due for their medication within the next few days so it would be appreciated if they would expedite this order I was informed that they can not do that. She stated that they use the US postal service and that she, unfortunately does not choose the shipping method. To this I stated that the US postal service does offer next day AND priority shipping methods. She stated that she can not ship via those methods and all she could do at this point was to offer me a refund. That, of course, does not solve my problem of getting the medication to my pets. I stated to "customer service" that her two options to this problem did not come close to meeting my expectations and that I will certainly keep all of this in mind when making my future purchasing decisions. She appeared completely unbothered by this statement. I reiterate to those of you reading this message - go elsewhere for your products. Kristin Povaser Seattle, WA

Petshed.com has great prices on pet medication. It's so much cheaper and convenient than going to my vet's office. Overall my experience with Petshed.com is pleasurable and I will continue to be their faithful customer.

I ordered from this company for my pet heat worm tablets and i received confirmation that the ored was shiped 2 weeks later after talking to them they say well it takes 10 business days to received shipment well it now has ben well past 10 business days and i still havent received any shipment i am worried that this compay could be a rip off or a scam and never ship there product

I had tried all kinds of FLEA remedies known to man! I live in Missouri! All I can say is Revolution is the way to go! I tried all the others and they worked limitedly....
