I have purchased Heartgard for my dog from Petshed for several years. I have found it to be a great price through Petshed. Have had no issues with the product and costumer service was helpful when I had a question.

I tried "generic" before and ended up with hard pills my dog would spit out. If this is generic Heartguard, neither my dog nor I can tell! Soft chewables that actually seem bigger and softer than actual Heartguard. The shipping takes a little longer but well worth it for the great prices.

This is brand name heart worm preventative. My dog loves them, he knows the sound of me opening the foil and goes nutso. This place has the best price on the web, and a helluva lot cheaper than retai from the vet too, of course. No Rx needed. Shipping time was about two weeks, which was plenty fast enough to use the last dose then receive the new box before time of the next dose. I'll definitely keep shopping Pet Shed

I have used Heartgard to protect against Heartworm and Intestinal parasites for 14+ years. I would never go to anything else. In Central Minnesota, we are in the middle of mosquito country and I never have to worry about my 4 legged family members.

I have been getting Heartgard from Petshed for a while. Pet Shed has the best prices around. The Vet is way to expensive. My dog is very picky with the chews, I still have to crush them up, but they are really a great heartworm preventative. I did make a mistake and ordered the generic brand once, it didn't go over well with my dog, it must not taste very good.. Heartgard is cheap enough that you can buy the original brand, at petshed. And my dog loves it.

Oreo, my shih-tzu mix, is not a fan of medicine. He is, however, a big fan of treats. So it makes us both happy that HeartGard Plus Chewables work as both a medication and a treat. Every month, he gobbles up his beef-flavored special treat. What he doesn't know, but what makes me happy, is that the special treat protects him against heartworm. This is a great product that keeps Oreo happy and healthy and makes my life as a caring dog owner much easier than it would otherwise be.

PetShed has HeartGard for a great price. Shipping is a little slow but it's worth it. If you are looking at the Generic option beware it is a chewable tablet not a softchew. You'll just have to decide if your dog will eat it or you will have to hide it in a treat.

I like ordering though Pet Shed for it is inexpensive compared to getting heartworm with my vet. Same exact product so much cheaper. Thank You Pet Shed!

I ordered the generic , what i didnt know are they are not llike the name brand, they are a chewable tablet not like the chewy treat like you get from heartgaurd, I now have to order the heartgaurd because my 2 dogs will not eat the tablet and its a hassle to get them to take it at all, only way is to grind it to a powder and put in there food. so in the long run this cost me more money :( So just remember if you have a dog that doesnt like chewable tablets dont get the generic. I am giving a ok rating cause as far as i know the product does what it says my dogs are heartworm free but its a ordeal to get them to take it.
