Revolution for Cats & Dogs
Revolution is a safe and simple way to protect your pet from a range of common parasites. It prevents heartworm disease while treating and controlling fleas (including flea eggs and larvae) and ear mites in both cats and dogs, hookworms, and roundworms in cats and sarcoptes mites in dogs. This effective medication is applied to the skin of your pet once a month.
How Revolution for Cats & Dogs works
After applying, Revolution is quickly absorbed into your pet’s bloodstream, skin, and hair, killing fleas, heartworm, and other parasites that can harm your pet. Revolution will then protect your pet for an entire month. As Revolution moves into your pet’s skin and hair, it goes straight to killing fleas, flea larvae, flea eggs, and other external parasites.

What is the proper administration of Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Revolution Flea Control is a once-a-month topical application for dogs and cats. Application is quick and easy and the product should only be applied to a dry animal. The product is waterproof, therefore, normal bathing, swimming, etc. can continue after two hours.
The correct tube size should be selected for each animal and individual tubes should not be shared between several animals. The cap on the tube should be pushed downwards onto the tube until a "click" is heard and then the cap should be removed. The hair at the base of the neck should be parted to skin level and the entire contents of the tube squeezed onto this area. Do not rub in the liquid.
The concentration of the active ingredient in the Revolution for Dog and Revolution for Cat products is different so the correct package should be used for the correct breed as noted on the package label.
The doses and pack sizes are as follows:
Revolution for Cats
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Cats up to 7.5kg - blue pack
Revolution for Dogs
Puppies and kittens up to 2.5kg - pink pack
Very small dogs 2.6-5kg - purple pack
Small dogs 5-10kg - brown pack
Medium dogs 10-20kg - red pack
Large dogs 20-40kg - teal pack
For dogs larger than 40kg - use the appropriate combination of sizes.
What are the precautions when using Revolution for Cats & Dogs?
Prior to the administration of Revolution, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. At the discretion of the veterinarian, infected dogs should be treated to remove adult heartworms. Revolution is not effective against adult D. immitis and, while the number of circulating microfilariae may decrease following treatment, Revolution is not effective for microfilariae clearance.
Hypersensitivity reactions have not been observed in dogs with patent heartworm infections administered three times the recommended dose of Revolution. Higher doses were not tested.

Revolution is fantastic for our "Zoo"
Through the years we have had a variety of different pets. Fleas have always been a big issue. We have tried many different products, the only one we have found to work consistently on Dogs, Cats,and Ferrets has been Revolution. We all give a sigh of relief (even the pets) when it arrives in the mail. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

This product is literally a lifesaver for our dog, Rusty. Rusty is a lab/retriever pound puppy that we got from the shelter four years ago. For the first three years we struggled to find heartworm medication that he could keep down. Seems our puppy has a sensitive stomach and anything soft such as some of the other brands that deal with heartworms he would just throw right back up, no matter how we tried to disguise them! We thought, well this is no good, the medicine is not down long enough to help. This topical is so easy to apply and does not make him sick. We lived in the country for three years and now live closer to town with a large, tree filled backyard. I have not found one tick on Rusty in all that time and the Vet says no heartworms. Thank you for making our puppy's life so much easier!
Can't Beat the Price or the Product!
I've been buying Revolution for my cat for a while now and it works great. Until recently, I had purchased it from my vet at an OUTRAGEOUS price until I found Pet Shed. You just can't find it cheaper anywhere else -- and without the hassles other websites require! I would recommend both Revolution and Pet Shed to anyone who has cats or dogs.
Stopped scratching within hours
Just started with the Revolution for large dogs, I have 2. The itching was greatly reduced within hours of application. They don't itch at all now and it's only been a few days. I love the fact that the product is also a heart-worm preventative. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Great for tiny pups
I have 2 tiny pup one is 3 Lbs and Has 3 legs and the other is 4 lbs and had deformed back legs they are very special little girls and being so small I have to be super careful giving them medications but I have been giving them the puppy/kitten Revolution and it has been great protecting them from hart worm and fleas. They've had no issues or bad reactions to the medication at all. Pet Shed has always delivered the best stuff so I would give them 5 Stars all the way!!!
Good Stuff!
I have used Revolution for cats for 7 years. It keeps the fleas and bugs off of my cats, and usually keeps ticks off too. Since I began using it my cats have never had roundworms either. I highly recommend Revolution for cats.

Greatest product on earth
This product I've used for years and it has saved me more trips to the vet than I can tell you. The best part about buying this product from Petshed is the ridiculous notion that I must have an RX to buy this product, here I don't need to deal with that and for that I'm thankful because that also save me another trip to the vet for each of my 6 cats.
