Advantage Flea Control
For the treatment and prevention of fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.) on dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets. Larval flea stages are killed in the surroundings of ADVANTAGE® treated pets. Reduces the incidence of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). For the control of lice (Trichodectes canis, Linognathus setosus) on dogs. One application on the skin lasts for a month on dogs and up to a month on cats.

How Advantage Flea Control works
ADVANTAGE® may be used to prevent infestation in flea-free animals taken temporarily to known flea-infested environments. Apply a single dose before moving to the infested environment. ADVANTAGE® may be used as the only product for flea control as it breaks the life cycle and kills fleas emerging from the environment to reinfest the cat/dog. More rapid resolution of heavy environmental infestations may be obtained by additional environmental control measures using a suitable product. If re-treatment becomes necessary earlier than 4 weeks, do not re-treat more than once weekly.
How can you properly administer Advantage Flea Control?
ADVANTAGE® has been shown to kill adult and larval fleas within 20 minutes of contact by absorption via the flea intersegmental membranes. Stops fleas from feeding in 3–5 minutes. Fleas are not required to bite the animal to receive a lethal dose.

Best Flea Treatment
I have used Advantage Flea Control for cats for several years. Prior to that I had tried Frontline with poor results. With Advantage the fleas disappear. I have to be a little sneaky about applying since my cat objects. However, within minutes, she is her normal loving self again. I always order from PetShed. They are reliable and prompt.

Much better results than Frontline
I recently switched from Frontline to Advantage on my two dogs. One is a double coated husky/border collie mix and the other a Sharpai-Bassethound short haired mix. Within days I noticed hot spots being alleviated and both of my dogs were scratching less. Its been several months now and I can't believe the difference. Frontline seemed to stop being effective but Advantage has worked beautifully!

Stick With Proven
Have used Advantage Flea Control for several years now and am completely satisfied. I have three dogs--small, medium and large and the appropiate applications have always worked. I had used several other products in the past and none worked as well or as fast as Advantage. Two of my dogs like to spend time in our pond in the summer, and I was concerned that might affect the flea control of Advantage, but to my delight the Advantage was just like the well known battery---it just kept right on going!
