Heartgard
Heartgard chews eliminate the tissue stages of heartworm larvae (Dirofilaria immitis) in dogs. Heartgard will control heartworm infections acquired in the previous 4 months provided that monthly treatment is continued for at least 12 consecutive months.
The chewable beef cube is highly palatable and most dogs will accept Heartgard as a treat, making dosing easy.

Heartgard
Dosage and Administration: Give one chew orally each month, preferably on the same day or date. The cube may be offered by hand or added to the food. Dogs should be closely observed for several minutes following administration to make sure that the entire dose has been consumed.

Storage: Store below 30 deg. C (room temperature). Do not freeze.

Treat of the month
Every month I give this and another product for health prevention to my dog Lois. The Heartgard is the 'treat' after I use the other product and she's so anxious to get this that her eyes get big and she's smiling. I break it into 2 pieces to prolong the joy!!!! Thanks Heartgard, you have a fan!!!
My dog loves these!
My pup Harley just loves her Heartgard "treats"! Each month when I tell her she's getting a Special Treat that day, she runs to the kitchen, 'sits up pretty' for her treat and then runs off with it to enjoy it! Little does she know it's good for her. And it's so nice that Pet Shed always has it available and gets it to us so promptly! What an easy way to help keep my dog healthy.

I have been using Heartguard since I have had my dog. 'Dingo' loves the taste - she runs into the room whenever she hears me tear open the foil pack and sits impatiently until I give her the dose. I have no fear of heartworms and she shows no signs of any side effects from the medicine. Good product.

Dogs enjoy
Dogs are always waiting like they are a treat when i give to them. Dogs actually seem to enjoy this medicine, Have 3 dogs and ALL of them take with no problem, Highly Recommend this, is similiar to prescription ones. Only cheaper.
