Information About D-Worm Chewable Tablets for Dogs

Protect your dogs from hookworms and large roundworms with D-Worm Chewable Tablets for Dogs. Quickly and safely remove hookworms and large roundworms from your canine pal's intestines with this effective worming ingredient, pyrantel pamoate. D-Worm works within 24 hours, to rid your dog of worms which can cause diarrhea, loss of appetite or lethargy. Regular use of this medication helps prevent roundworm reinfestation, which can occur from visiting contaminated enviroments, such as dog parks, where a number of untreated dogs may frequent, shedding potentially infective parasite eggs.

You will have no problem administering D-Worm Chewables as they are available in highly palatable chewable tablets your dog will find enjoyable to munch. No fasting or laxatives required before dosing. And this product is safe for use in puppies from 2 weeks of age, as well as pregnant and lactating females.

The presence of these parasites in mature dogs should be confirmed by laboratory fecal examination. A follow-up fecal examination should be conducted in 2 to 4 weeks after first treatment to determine the need for retreatment. Nursing females should be treated 2-3 weeks after whelping. Dogs should be routinely treated at monthly intervals to prevent reinfection with large roundworms found in their environment. Retreatment may be necessary at monthly intervals, as determined by laboratory fecal examinations or in animals kept in known contaminated quarters.
