Dosage and Administration

Directions for use: Daily dosage varies upon dog's weight. For canines tipping the scale at 35 to 65 lbs, 1 425mg tablet of Denosyl for Large Dogs should be administered. For dogs weighing 66 to 120 lbs, 2 tablets should be given. For dogs over 120 lbs, 3 tablets should be administered.
For optimal absorption, administer Denosyl for Large Dogs on an empty stomach - ideally at least an hour before usual feeding time. The presence of food decreases the absorption of the tablet's main ingredient.
For pet owners having difficulty in administering the tablets, Denosyl for Medium Dogs may be concealed in a small bite of moist food. Pet owners are also recommended to follow up administration with 3 - 6 cc of water to speed up passage of tablet into the stomach.
If dog requires more than one tablet daily, dosage may be divided between mornings and evenings for easier administration. For example, if a dog needs 3 tablets daily, the first 2 could be administered in the morning and the last 1 in the evening.
