 View other items in the same category as Conofite Cream 2% Product UsesConofite Cream is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections in dogs and cats caused by Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Product ContainsMiconazole nitrate Dosage and AdministrationApply a 1/4 inch ribbon of Conofite Cream once daily per square inch of lesion for 2 to 4 weeks, or until the infection is completely eliminated. If improvement is not noticed within 2 weeks, the diagnosis should be re-evaluated. Difficult cases may require treatment for 6 weeks. Rub cream into the infected site and immediate surrounding vicinity using a finger cot or cotton swab. Clip hair prior to treatment and again as necessary during treatment. General measures in regard to hygiene should be observed to control sources of infection or re-infection. Warnings, Side Effects and Drug InteractionsAvoid contact with the eyes, since irritation may result. Wash hands thoroughly after administration to avoid the spread of fungal infection.
