Direa tablets are for use as an aid in the management of diarrhea in dogs and cats. They can be used in diarrhea caused by dietary changes, infectious agents, food poisoining or bacterial overgrowth of the gut. The product stabilises the pH of the gut, adsorbs toxins and helps to maintain and restore the balance of intestinal flora.It forms a protective gel, to slow and reduce the severity of diarrhoea. Direa tablets are not absorbed through the gut wall.� Direa tablets can be used alone or in conjunction with antibiotics and fluid and electrolyte therapy.

Veterinary advice should be sought for pets which show other signs of illness, other than diarrhea, including vomiting and blood-staining of feces. If diarrhea persists past 3 days, a veterinarian should be consulted.

Tablets contain: CROSPOVIDONE 1000mg

Directions for use:�Dogs - 1 tablet per 22-44 lbs (10-20kg) bodyweight. Cats - 1/4 tablet per 6-11 lbs (2.5-5kg) Administer twice daily for 2-4 days. Tablets are cross-scored, so can easily be divided into the appropriate size. Store tablets at room temperature, below 30°C (86°F)
