Bravecto is the first oral chew to provide up to 12 weeks of protection against fleas and ticks. One chew provides broad-spectrum and long-lasting protection that starts to kill fleas within 2 hours and controls 4 tick species (black-legged tick, American dog tick, brown dog tick, and lone star tick). Bravecto eliminates current flea infestations and prevents new ones from developing for 12 weeks. With one chew, Bravecto is easier to give and less to worry about for you!
How Bravecto Chewable for Dogs works
After giving your dog Bravecto, the medication quickly reaches tissue fluids under your dog's skin. When fleas and ticks feed on your dog, they ingest Bravecto and die. Bravecto kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), and the treatment and control of tick infestations [Ixodes scapularis (black-legged tick), Dermacentor variabilis (American dog tick), and Rhipicephalus sanguineus (brown dog tick)] for 12 weeks in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older, and weighing 4.4 pounds or greater. Bravecto is also indicated for the treatment and control of Amblyomma americanum (lone star tick) infestations for 8 weeks in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older, and weighing 4.4 pounds or greater.

How can Bravecto be administered to dogs?
Bravecto should be administered orally as a single dose every 12 weeks according to the Dosage Schedule below to provide a minimum dose of 11.4 mg/lb (25 mg/kg) body weight. Administration may be given every 8 weeks in case of potential exposure to Amblyomma americanum ticks. Bravecto should be administered with food.

What are the precautions when using Bravecto Chewable for Dogs?
Fluralaner is a member of the isoxazoline class. This class has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions including tremors, ataxia, and seizures. Seizures have been reported in dogs receiving isoxazoline class drugs, even in dogs without a history of seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
Bravecto has not been shown to be effective for 12-weeks duration in puppies less than 6 months of age. Bravecto is not effective against Amblyomma americanum ticks beyond 8 weeks after dosing.

Finally something that works for both my small and large dogs!

We have struggled with flea infestation since we moved here and I never thought we would find a product that truly worked. All of the dogs ate the chew like it was a treat for them. We checked the dogs 1 day after giving them the chew and couldn't find a flea anywhere. Thank you Pet Shed for providing this product at a reasonable price.

this is the only thing that really does what its supposed to do! although they are pricey, I am glad to pay it for 12 weeks of NO FLEAS! I was using some other very expensive brand of flea preventative which I found slowly over the years to be less effective. I am so thankful petshed carries this product. well worth the money and actually lasted over 12 weeks!

Works amazing!
I love this product! I like that I can give it as a treat, because it's simple. Also it works really well!! I gave my dog a flea bath a week later and only found one flea. Since then I have seen no fleas at all! We tried other products and could not get rid of her fleas. I had heard from a friend about Bravecto, and I'm so glad I tried it!

My dogs had ticks! I was panicked. My dogs are 8 and 9 and never had ticks before. I was not a happy camper. My vet recommended Bravecto and I was not happy about the cost but I got it. Highly recommended by my vet. Three months later. IT WORKS! Plain and simple. I checked Pet Shed and when I saw that they carried it I was so relieved. Huge savings (as always). We had a horrible flea problem this year. I tried several other name brand flea/tick medicine and nothing worked. Finally, we tried Braveto and it worked great! PetShed has the best price by far...half of what I paid previously. So glad they are carrying it.
Finally! It works, and works FAST!
My dogs have had the worst problems with fleas and ticks this year. They had been on Advantix II for several years, and then it suddenly stopped working. I tried pretty much every other topical flea/tick treatment without results. My vet recommended the Seresto collar--one of my dogs had an allergic reaction to it, and while my other dog didn't seem to mind it, the collar successfully repelled ticks but did nothing for fleas. I gave my dogs Bravecto last night, and within a couple of hours I saw dead fleas falling off of them. Time will tell if it really lasts 12 weeks, but Bravecto started killing fleas faster than even Capstar. Pet Shed has the best price I've found so far on Bravecto.
