Advantage Flea Control
For the treatment and prevention of fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.) on dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets. Larval flea stages are killed in the surroundings of ADVANTAGE® treated pets. Reduces the incidence of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). For the control of lice (Trichodectes canis, Linognathus setosus) on dogs. One application on the skin lasts for a month on dogs and up to a month on cats.

How Advantage Flea Control works
ADVANTAGE® may be used to prevent infestation in flea-free animals taken temporarily to known flea-infested environments. Apply a single dose before moving to the infested environment. ADVANTAGE® may be used as the only product for flea control as it breaks the life cycle and kills fleas emerging from the environment to reinfest the cat/dog. More rapid resolution of heavy environmental infestations may be obtained by additional environmental control measures using a suitable product. If re-treatment becomes necessary earlier than 4 weeks, do not re-treat more than once weekly.
How can you properly administer Advantage Flea Control?
ADVANTAGE® has been shown to kill adult and larval fleas within 20 minutes of contact by absorption via the flea intersegmental membranes. Stops fleas from feeding in 3–5 minutes. Fleas are not required to bite the animal to receive a lethal dose.

life saver
I take my dog hiking and camping in the woods all the time. My dog and I would both be miserable in our tent if my dog was not on Advantage. Even though the woods are infested, my dog comes home clean of fleas and not scratching.
Flea control in quick time
We found Pet Shed about 9 years ago and could not be more pleased with the service. Medications come right to our door. When an order is needed it is usually after the local store is closed. I then would get busy and forget to go to the store. This way I put the last dose on, order the product, it arrives in a few days then when I need the next dose it has already arrived. So easy!!!

Fast Relief From Flea Infestation
I ordered Advantage Flea Control for cats for my long-haired Siberian cat and my daughters' tabbies. The two tabbies live in South Carolina and have been infested with fleas since spring. We tried other products on the cats and flea-bombed the house but nothing worked. The cats and the house continued to be jumping with fleas and littered with "flea dirt". One application of Advantage changed all that! No more fleas within a day of application and no more flea eggs on the cats' sleeping places! Complete control for a whole month! Advantage broke the viscious flea cycle like a miracle. I used it on my cat here in New Jersey when one of the southern tabbies came to live with me and brought her fleas with her, too! I am thrilled at how easy it is to use, how quickly and effectively it works, and how nice my cat's coat stays after application. I have used another product for years on my animals but I am now sticking with Advantage. It wins the war against fleas, hands down!
Great Product
My dog suffers from flea allergies. I tried switching to a similar product from another supplier in order to save a few dollars. I came back to this product after finding that the other allowed the allergy symptoms to return, along with fleas. This product definately keeps the fleas at bay!!
