Guys, what do you think? Which are better as pets, mutts or pure breeds?

Terrence's right Laughing

But seriously, I'd prefer a purebreed. With it you can predict their behavior.

Well, with my experience in my life time, growing up I had a Peek A Poo Mix, not full bred, she lived to be about 16 yrs. then we had a Terrier Mix, she lived to be about 15 yrs. old, my beagle mix, Scooter will be 13 yrs. this June, my husband surprised me with a pure bred Pit Bull puppy and he only lived to be 6 yrs. had an unoperatable bleeding tumor in his chest cavity, just looking around we have noticed in our area that the "pure bred" dogs just do not seem to live as long as the "Heinz 57".
