Permoxin Insecticidal Spray and Rinse Concentrate for Dogs can either be sprayed or used as a final rinse during bath time. It is safe for use on pregnant and lactating animals but should never be tried or used on cats as this is highly-toxic for them. It should also not be used on puppies less than three months of age. Also, avoid contact with the dogs? mouth and eyes as well as any broken skin.

Directions for Use:

Dilute the product at a rate of 10mL per 400mL of water, using the self-measuring chamber. If using product as a rinse, apply after shampooing and rinsing. Permoxin can be applied to a wet or dry coat. A sponge can be used to assist application: foaming does not affect efficacy. Ensure the animal is completely soaked (wet to skin level) over the entire coat before use.

For flea and tick control, the product should be applied as a rinse every seven days. If using as a spray, ensure the product covers the entire animal (except eyes and mouth) and allow to dry (the dilution can be performed with methylated spirits for quick drying). The spray bottle should be held upright, approximately 20cm from your pet, and the coat ruffled during application to ensure adequate penetration.

For insect-bite allergies, the product can be sprayed on as frequently as daily for up to 14 days. In tick-prone areas, it is recommended that animals are also inspected regularly for the parasites. Store product at room temperature, below 30°C (86°F).

Permoxin

I have always used a flea dip rinse on my dogs after baths but have been unable to find such a product in my area. I was thrilled to find Permoxin on PetShed.com since this product seems to be the only way to control fleas and chronic itching in my pets. Permoxin works even better at controlling fleas than any systemic flea pills that I have tried for my dogs and better than their monthly heartworm meds that are suppose to control external parasites but not as good as a full body after bath dip rinse with permoxin. Thank you PetShed for making this product available. My pets are much happier and confortable and that makes their "mom" happy.
